Absolutely this is what Castreau et al want. By design for sure.
That is a rather silly statement because if it were true they would tax the beejesus out of the rich & elite which they have not done in 9 years The more obvious is the truth and that is along with the WEF they would like to make all average people slaves to the rich & elite so they can all own every single cent.
